We offer providers of trans healthcare free or low-cost legal advice to help comply with changes in the law, keep their doors open or open new ones, provide all the care that is legally allowed, avoid over-compliance, prepare for possible enforcement actions, undertake advocacy, and develop new models of delivering legally-compliant trans healthcare. Please note that we answer legal compliance questions, and we don’t represent clients who need to bring or defend against a lawsuit, or who are under investigation.
